Stag’s Hollow Winery likes to push the limits on what is considered to be ‘the norm’ in the Okanagan, choosing to plant new and interesting grape varieties that are more unique here. Combining that with the drive to craft high quality terroir-driven, low-intervention wines that reflect a sense of place means that many of our wines are not made in large volumes.
